RIGHT TO RESPECT FOR FAMILY LIFE THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS
Abstract
Under the influence of social changes there have been major changes in the sphere of human rights protection too. This paper discusses some of these changes which are regulated by the European Convention on Protection of Human Rights, particularly in the field of family relationships. For these reasons, the author decided to point out that the right to family life is regulated by the European Convention and to indicate the manner in which this right is applied in practice of the European Court. The article also shows a tendency to major changes in terms of people enjoying this right.
