CHARACTERISTICS OF THE NEW JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND THE NECESSARY PRECONDITIONS FOR THE SUCCESS OF REFORM

The new judicial system in Serbia has begun to function first January 2010. Previously passed a set of judicial laws which carried out the reorganization of the normative system. Thus started the reform of the judiciary in Serbia. The author in his work points to the essential features of the new judicial system and the necessary preconditions that must be met in order to reform the judiciary was successfully carried out.
