SPECIFICATIONS AND COMMUNICATION ROLE IN INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICAL NEGOTIATION

In diplomacy and domain of international relations, we use negotiations know ledge more and more. Increasingly, there is an emphatic importance of this kind of communication bet ween people in private and public life. Important is to highlight that, international standards of communication is supposed to be prepared in one sensitive sector its security. After the “cold war”, personal security, state and international unity are not anymore jeopardized with military thunderbolt, rather with many risks like natural catastrophy; intentionally or un intentionally generated incidents, negligence towards the environment, diseases, economical crises, social changes, forced migrations, organized criminal, terrorism. The results are freguentment crises and wars. This text represents an effort to make new metrics of relations in security (where inflexibility and no compromise is present), so we can solve the biggest problems in a perceful way, not with force and weapon.
