Abstract

This year Parliament of Republic Serbia adopted new laws which regulate state government.

Their adoption represents harmonization with European Union law regulation.

By new laws it is established new state government system in Republic Serbia and it is declared different status for government employees.

Now it is expected the use new regulation in municipalities and state government.
