Abstract

Mediation is a modern way of resolving disputes arising among the legal entities. This is a quiet, intermediary way of resolving disputes, which has less formalism, higher efficiency, short time of decision.It is not a replacement for arbitration, but it si one of the modalities for the resolution of disputes arising. All it concludes the contract between legal entities and more popularity. It is suitable for the resolution of those disputes, which themselves are not so difficult and complicated, and require an effective and quick resolution.
