Abstract

Peaceful settlement of disputes is essential for the protection of individual and collective rights of workers in one country. Each of the countries in the world that is normatively arranged this issue, put the importance of the implementation of this model of resolving conflicts between employers and workers, which are related to their individual and collective rights. With the goal of peaceful settlement of disputes is a desire to be advised of the possible conflicts, and peacefully resolve the problems between workers and employers. The European practice has demonstrated a high degree of efficiency of this method in solving business disputes.
