Abstract

Contracts in turnover of goods have specific features due to their subject and their object. That are contracts made between economic subjects, economic companies and organisations. The object of a contract are goods and services for turnover merchandise. The pace of turnover demands special speed in making contracts. Therefore, there is a need for adhesion contracts, where one party determines all the elements of a contract and offers it to the other party with a possibility to accept or refuse. Adhesion contracts, i.e. contracts at admission, are much more present in these kind of contracts than in civil-legal contracts.
