Abstract

The subject of this work is a company liquidation as one of the ways of the company termination. The liquidation process can be carried out only if the company has sufficient funds to settle all its liabilities. The company liquidation is regulated by the Company law. Applicable law recognizes a voluntary and forced liquidation. During a company liquidation procedure, the company is represented by one or more liquidation trustees. After the implementation and completion of a liquidation process, a company ceases to exist and it is deleted from the companies register.
