Editorial responsibilities

The editor in chief makes a final decision which manuscripts will be published. The decisions are exclusively made on the basis of the value of the manuscript. They have to be released from racial, sexual, religious, ethical or political prejudices. By making a decision on publishing, the editor in chief is guided by the editorial policy, keeping in mind the legal regulations referring to slander, violation of  the copyright and plagiarism.

The members of the editorial board, including the editor in chief, mustn`t be in a conflict of interest concerning the manuscripts being considered. The members for whom someone might think to be in the conflict of interest do not participate in the process of making a decision on a certain manuscript. 

Manuscripts are kept as confidential material. The information and ideas contained in the manuscripts mustn`t be used for personal purposes without the author`s explicit written permission.

The editor in chief and members of the editorial board are obliged to take all reasonable measures the authors and reviewers remained anonymous during and after the process of evaluation in accordance with the procedure being used.
