Resolving inconsistences

In the case when the authors have serious and reasonable objections concerning the review, the editorial board checks whether the review is objective and if it fulfills the academic standards. If there appears any doubt about the quality of the review as well as its objectivity, the editor engages additional reviewers. 

The additional reviewers are also engaged in the case of the reviewers` contradictory judgments, or when their decisions are irreconcilable in some other way.

The final decision on accepting the manuscript to be published is exclusively made by the editor in chief.
