Услови за предају прилога

Као део поступка пријаве прилога, аутори су дужни потврдити складност прилога који пријављују са свим следећим ставкама. Ауторима који се не придржавају ових смерница пријаве могу бити враћене.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• As of 1 January 2026, all issues of the journal Law – Theory and Practice shall be published in full as bilingual editions, in the Serbian language (Cyrillic script) and in English.
  The English-language version of the manuscript must, prior to submission, be proofread by a qualified professional who is a native speaker of English or by a certified translator for the English language. Manuscripts submitted in English that do not meet the required linguistic standards shall not be considered for publication.

  25 January – Issue 1
  25 April – Issue 2
  25 July – Issue 3
  25 October – Issue 4
