A warship is a ship belonging to the armed forces of a state, carries external signs of belonging to a warship, is placed under the command of a person who is entered in the list of authorized officers or in another document of equivalent significance and has a crew subjected to military stalemate. The exclusiv economic zone is a 200 nautical mile belt, in which a coastal state exercises its sovereign rights.
