WITH CERTAIN REGULATIONS OF THE LAW OF LEGAL PROCEDURE OF REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

New law of legal procedure of Republic of Serbia came into effect at the beginning of 2005. This process law introduced many innovations in process regime. Its regulations introduce completely new practices of legal court procedure, while some others, already existing, have been normatively transformed in a new way. Executive changes represent a result of necessity of changing some legal solutions as well as a result of accepting and incorporating the recommendations of the Council of Europe which are going to help our legal procedure harmonize with the European Law. In this work rules are analyzed concerning excluding and disqualification, representative, disrespect of process discipline and answer to the charges.
