Abstract

Strategic Management is the long-term planning of human resources and development of functional strategy of human resources in the process of creating the organizational strategy. This is a new approach for the roll of human resources in strategic management and his important strategic dimension. Term “strategic” is pointing for significant importance that is gave for peoples that shape and create business strategy, fulfilling strategic goals and effectiveness in modern business.

The role of manager is to plan an effective direction of actions for gathering, allocation, use and replacement of resources in one organization. The planning of human resources is a process in which on the basis of anticipated changes in internal and external environment , predicting the needs for human resources. In long term, strategic planning is enabling timely preparations of workers for fulfilling strategic goals of organization.
