The imporance of recognition and enforcement of foreign court decision and the consequences that may emanate from it is known mainly a narrow circle of people who are in legal doctrine and case law dealing with this issue. Through this work is the explanation given by the notion of judicial decisions, as well as the conditions necessary to perform in front of some of the relevant courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Apart from the possibility that the foreign court decision is recognized, there is a possibility that it is the domestic court denies recognition when in met for the statutori conditions. In additional to theoretical reflection on this issue, given the more a series of explanations concerning the practical application of case law on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this way wanted to achieve, that is, other than professional, with this matter and inform the general public.
