CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY BASED UPON LABOR RELATION

The author elaborates on criminal responsibility of certain persons based upon labor relation, at least for two reasons: firstly, the expert literature does not give answers to some very important questions and secondly, the same questions have been raised by the newly adopted Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia and other laws concerning labor, social security and collective agreements and wages.

The author notes that in the areas related to labor, social security and collective agreements and wages, the quantity of criminal responsibility of certain persons had increased, but, at the same time, not its quality. Precisely, disproportion in certain segments is the topic of this article. Thus, the author concludes that certain questions from the analyzed area are well cove red in the legislation and therefore, draws our attention to those questions which are not and gives legal solutions fot the areas that can be improved.
