INTERNATIONAL FORWARDING: NOTION, IMPORTANT AND REGULATING INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS

Documents FCR, FCT and FBL represent important and concrete contribution to efforts dating back many years to regulate legal relations in international combine transport of goods and business of international forwarding agents. In contemporary conditions, the forwarding business is being intensively changed and developed, both in terms of scope and variety as well as in terms of specialization of forwarding companies. Such new lines in development of forwarding must be taken in to account at the occasion of improving the existing and adopting the new documents regulating this field. The importance of forwarding in contemporary economic activity is great, and for this reason it merits unreduced attention in context of continuing monitoring of this activity through updated legal regulations, which would balance the interest of all participants in the right manner.
