Abstract

Generally speaking, one of the most important achievments of a marital and extramarital union represents an issue of legal support. The responsibility of support is regulated in detail by the Family law from 2005. By introducing a legal standard of „An obvious injustice for debtor of support“, a lawmaker has, for ethical reasons in the first place, reduced a possibility of misusing the right to legal support and strengthened the role of the court in making competent decisions related to the request of the parties.
