Abstract

The aim of this paper is to point on the importance of laborer participation in management, that has been, especially in our county, unjustifiably neglected. The facts that laborer participation in management exists, regardless to the ways it is accomplished, and to the questions it refers to, institutional mechanisms where it acts, it presents one of the best indicators that a society has socially acceptable qualities. At the same time, total lack of this phenomenon presents an indicator of mutual mistrust between certain social groups and unfair division of the roles in a society.
