Сажетак

Now days organized crime does not have any state and regime boundaries in the world. It is the major threat to political and economic stability, i.e. to the economic development of South-Eastern Europe. A net of well organized criminal groups, consisting of all the nationalities, are involved in “business” that bring a lot of profit, most often related to trade of narcotics, weapons and white slavery. This problem is of great importance. Through the reforms that take place in the period of transition, special attention must be given to this problem, followed by economic, legislative and other reforms.
