Every economic society needs to have a business Name, which is leading us to the individualisation of that society. The business Name of the economic society, must be defined in that way that it could neither be interchangeable with the business Name of an another economic society, nor it should evoke any disorder about the economic society or its own activity. The main objective, for the individualities of the economic societies, is to insure their distinction in juridical and economical traffic.
